ALENOR FLANGE PROFILE SEALANT

The flange profile sealant (foamed tape or sealing tape for ventilation system) is a self-adhesive tape, winded on the coil. The main purpose of the tape is sealing and compaction of flange joints of rough rectangular or round air ducts for prevention of air- and heat loss.

Composition: fabric made of cross-linked foamed polyethylene, the adhesive layer of high stickiness, anti-adhesive material.

Scope of application:

The sealant tape is used to prevent the transmission of sound waves through connecting elements of constructions. Sealing and compaction of inner flange connection of air ducts.

 

Advantages:

  • • high adhesion (stickiness) to most of the materials
  • • because of its mechanical properties, it provides more dense and even adherence, which makes installation easier on complex surfaces
  • • resistant to the appearance of fungus and rotting
  • • eco-friendly, doesn’t contain any dangerous substances
  • • easy to fix on the mounting belt, which simplifies the work for climbers at height
